In these strange and confusing times our children have shown themselves resilient and parents patient and adaptable.
As children prepare to return to school, Preston and Abbey Community Trust (PACT) have rewarded those aged 16 and under in the area who registered, with fantastic goody bags for their great efforts during lock-down.
As bags were hand delivered to the kids, we met some lovely people, making the experience even more rewarding.
The smiles from the kids were broad and welcoming as they received their bags. The thought and detail PACT trustee Hayley put into the bags was immediately recognised with a flood of warm and thankful messages from those that received the gifts.
Hayley went to great lengths to customise bags to individual children, whilst supporting local business and crafters.
